# Clinic queue management: The waiting room runs itself.

QueueCare is a queue management system for clinics. Patients check in from their phone. Reception moves them across a live board, and any TV calls the next name out loud — in Arabic or English.

- Runs on any TV with a browser
- Arabic & English, right-to-left included
- Nothing to install for patients

## How does QueueCare work?

Three steps. You create the clinic, patients join by scanning a code, and the screens do the announcing.

1. **Create your clinic** — Add your doctors, rooms and desks. Each gets its own station login — no shared password, no per-person licence.
2. **Patients join in seconds** — They scan the QR code at the door, or reception adds them. Either way they get a number and a place in line they can watch from their phone.
3. **Work the board, screens talk** — Move a card to a doctor and the TV calls that patient by name and room, out loud. The day's analytics count every move.

## What can QueueCare do?

Everything a clinic day contains: the queue, the screens, the tickets, the report.

- **A live board for reception** — Every patient in the building on one screen, in columns by doctor or room. Drag to move.
- **Waiting-room screens that speak** — Any TV with a browser: number, name, room, and a spoken call in Arabic or English. Screens never need a person.
- **Check-in from the patient's phone** — One QR code at the door. Patients register themselves and follow their place in line. No app, no keyboard.
- **Tickets and kiosk printing** — Print a ticket at the desk or from a self-service kiosk. Numbers run in order and never repeat.
- **Walk-ins and appointments, one board** — Booked patients and walk-ins wait in the same line, and reception decides the order in the moment.
- **Analytics and the end-of-day report** — Busiest hours, average wait, where patients come from, how each doctor's day went. On your phone at closing time.
- **Team chat, in the queue** — Reception and the doctors' rooms talk in the same app, about the patient they are both looking at.
- **Arabic and English, properly** — Not a translation layer. Right-to-left layout, Arabic names, Arabic on the screens and on the printed ticket.

## From your trial to your first month, we build what your centre needs.

Every centre can ask for features made for the way it already works, starting in its free trial. We agree the scope with you, build it while you try QueueCare and through your setup and training month, and charge nothing extra for it.

- **A database bridge and a daily ledger** (Built at one centre's request) — We connected the patient database on the centre's own server to QueueCare's cloud, and built a daily ledger with financial reports for its front desk. Both remain that centre's alone.
- **Printed tickets and spoken calls** (Built at another centre's request) — We built numbered queue tickets printed at the desk, and calls read aloud on the waiting-room screen in a natural-sounding voice. Both are now part of every plan.

- **When:** From your free trial to the end of your first month after subscribing: while you try it, and the month we set up, introduce and train.
- **Cost:** Included in Pro and Ultra. No development fee.
- **Scope:** Agreed with you in writing before we start. What we build may later reach every centre; your data never does.

## Questions clinics ask before they start

Short answers. If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp and a human replies.

### What is QueueCare?

QueueCare is a cloud queue management system for clinics. Reception works a live board, patients check in from their own phone, and any TV calls the next name and room aloud — in Arabic or English.

### What is the best queue system for a small clinic?

One with a published price, no hardware to buy, and your patients' language. QueueCare is one price for the whole centre, runs on any TV with a browser, and speaks Arabic and English. Our guide compares it with six others, using each vendor's published prices.

### Do patients need to install an app?

No. Patients scan a QR code at the door and register in their browser, then follow their place from the same page. No download, no account.

### What hardware do I need for the waiting-room screen?

Any TV or monitor that can open a web page: a smart TV's browser, a cheap Android stick, a spare laptop. Screens reload themselves and never need touching again.

### Does QueueCare work in Arabic?

Yes, completely. Interface, ticket and spoken call are all Arabic, right-to-left by design rather than mirrored. Run Arabic, English, or both.

### Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The live demo opens a real clinic — three doctors mid-session, a queue, the waiting-room screen, the analytics — with every button working. No sign-up, no card.

### How long does setup take?

Usually the same morning. Add your doctors, rooms and desks, print the QR code, and open the screen URL on the TV. Nothing to install.

### Can QueueCare be customised to the way our centre works?

Yes. From your free trial to the end of your first month after subscribing, we build features for your centre's own workflow at no extra cost, within a scope we agree with you in writing. For one centre we connected the patient database on its own server and built a daily ledger with financial reports; for another, numbered printed tickets and spoken calls, which are now in every plan.

### Can several receptionists use it at the same time?

Yes. Each desk, room and kiosk is its own station, so there is no per-person licence. Two receptionists on the same queue see each other's changes instantly.

### Can we print numbered tickets?

Yes, on a thermal receipt printer at the desk, 58 or 80 mm paper. Each doctor's line has its own run of numbers, and a number is never issued twice. We switch printing on once your printer is connected.

### Is my patients' data private?

Every clinic's data is isolated, and every request is authorised on the server. The only number we publish is the patient count on this page, which identifies nobody.

### Is there a long-term contract or cancellation fee?

No. No lock-in contracts and no hidden fees. Subscribe and cancel anytime in one click, and your data remains safe and exportable whenever you need.

## See it with your own queue in it.

Open the demo and you are standing inside a working clinic — doctors mid-session, patients in line, screens calling names. Nothing to install, nothing to sign.

- Open the live demo — A real clinic, running. No sign-up.
