## The commission repeats

Most agency programmes pay 20–30%, on the first year only. We pay 40% of every payment a centre makes, for as long as they stay.

The example: you sign one new centre a month and they stay. The money is cumulative — everything paid to you from the start to the end of that year.

Your share is 40% of what a centre actually pays: paid to you instantly on every payment it makes, annual or quarterly, and stops if they leave.

## You can discount from your own share

If a centre needs a discount to sign, give it without asking anyone. It comes out of your share, not ours. The most you can take off is 20%, which puts the price at $1,700 a year and no lower.

## The terms

- **Your territory** — One partner per city for a year, renewed if you reach the ladder quota.
- **If you fall short** — The city opens to others. You keep every centre you brought and keep earning on them.
- **Payment** — Instant, transferred to you as soon as each payment from the centre is received, annual or quarterly.
- **No collection risk** — Centres subscribe to QueueCare and pay QueueCare. No money passes through you.
- **The relationship** — The customer contract is ours. The commission on it is yours for the life of that subscription.
- **No company required** — No licence fee, no equity, no employment. A short written agreement and you start.

This is a commission partnership, not a registered commercial agency: you never take title to the product and never collect the customer's money. Have your own lawyer read the agreement before you sign.
