Simplicity first
Healthcare software is notoriously clunky. We build tools that need no training at all. If it is not obvious, it does not ship.
Our mission
Neither doctors nor patients should spend their day managing a chaotic queue. QueueCare brings calm to the clinic.
Our journey started in a crowded waiting room. We watched receptionists get overwhelmed by the same two questions, all day long.
We realised the anxiety in a waiting room is not caused by the wait. It is caused by the uncertainty. QueueCare exists to end that uncertainty.
QueueCare is built by ATA ATA, a senior optometrist practising at the Surgical Eye Center in Aqaba, Jordan.
The waiting room this software runs is one he works in. Those two questions above are not market research — they are what he is asked, across a desk, several times a day. Every decision in the product was made by somebody who has to live with it the next morning.

Patient data is sacred. Every clinic's data is isolated, every request is authorised on the server, and encryption is not a paid tier.
At the end of every queue is a person seeking care. The software is built to treat them with dignity, transparency and respect.
