A live board for reception
Every patient in the building on one screen, in columns by doctor or room. Drag to move, right-click to edit, stick a note to a card the whole desk can read.
Live queue management for clinics
QueueCare is a queue management system for clinics: patients check in from their phone, reception moves them across a live board, and every waiting-room TV calls the next name out loud — in Arabic or English, on any screen you already own.
A real clinic, running. No sign-up.

Watch how the system works
The reception board, the doctor's room and the waiting-room screen — recorded inside the product, not rebuilt for a landing page.
Three steps, and the first two take a morning. You create the clinic, patients join by scanning a code, and your team works the board while the screens keep everyone informed.
Add your doctors, rooms and reception desks. Each one gets its own station login — no shared password, no per-person licence to buy.
A patient scans the QR code at the door, or reception adds them at the desk. Either way they get a ticket number and a place in line they can watch from their phone.
Move a card to a doctor and the waiting-room TV calls that patient by name and room, out loud. The queue, the ledger and the daily report update themselves.
Everything a clinic day actually contains — the queue, the screens, the money and the report at the end of it.
Every patient in the building on one screen, in columns by doctor or room. Drag to move, right-click to edit, stick a note to a card the whole desk can read.
Any TV with a browser becomes a display: ticket number, patient name, room, and a spoken call in Arabic or English. Screens reload themselves and never need a person.
One QR code at the door. Patients register themselves, pick a doctor, and follow their own place in line — no app to download, no keyboard at the desk.
Print a paper ticket at the desk or from a self-service kiosk. Numbers are issued in order and never repeat, per queue, per day.
Record what each visit took in — cash, card, or split between both — and close the day with a total that reconciles. Free visits stay free, with no payment method forced on them.
Busiest hours, average wait, where your patients come from, how each doctor's day went. Delivered to your phone at closing time if you want it there.
Reception and the doctors' rooms talk in the same app they are already looking at, about the patient they are both looking at.
Not a translation layer. Right-to-left layout, Arabic names, Arabic voice calls on the screens, and Arabic on the printed ticket.
$990 a year for a medical centre, or $290 a quarter. A medical group is priced on a call. Both plans include everything — the board, the screens, mobile check-in, analytics, team chat and the daily report.

QueueCare is a cloud-based queue management system for clinics and medical centres. It gives reception a live board of every patient in the building, lets patients check in from their own phone, and turns any TV into a waiting-room display that calls the next patient by name and room number, in Arabic or English.
No. Patients scan a QR code at the clinic door and register in their browser. They can then follow their place in the queue from the same page — no download, no account, no password.
Any television or monitor that can open a web page. A smart TV's own browser is enough; so is a cheap Android stick or a spare laptop. QueueCare screens reload themselves after an update, so nobody has to touch them again once they are mounted.
Yes, completely. The interface, the printed ticket and the spoken call on the waiting-room screen are all available in Arabic, with a proper right-to-left layout rather than a mirrored English one. Each clinic can run Arabic, English, or both at once.
Yes. The live demo opens a real clinic — three doctors mid-session, a queue with patients in it, the ledger and the analytics — with every button working. It needs no sign-up and no card, and it is the same software paying clinics run.
A clinic is usually taking real patients the same morning. You add your doctors, rooms and desks, print the QR code for the door, and open the screen URL on the waiting-room TV. There is nothing to install on a server.
Yes. Each desk, doctor's room and kiosk signs in as its own station, so two receptionists working the same queue see each other's changes immediately, and the daily report can tell you who did what.
QueueCare records them. Each visit can be marked paid in cash, by card, or split across both, and the day closes with a ledger that reconciles. A visit that took no money stays that way — no collection method is forced onto it.
Every clinic's data is isolated and every request is authorised against the clinic it belongs to, on the server, for staff and kiosks alike. The only number QueueCare publishes openly is the total patient count on this page, which describes the platform as a whole and identifies nobody.
Often, yes. QueueCare ships a local bridge that reads an on-premise patient database — SQL Server or Oracle — so file numbers and names come across instead of being retyped. Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Open the demo and you are standing inside a working clinic — doctors mid-session, patients in line, screens calling names. Nothing to install, nothing to sign.
