Pricing
Two plans, both published, with no call to sit through first. One price covers the clinic — every doctor room, every reception desk, every waiting-room screen and every member of staff inside the plan — and a 30-day trial comes before any of it.
$179 a month on yearly billing, or $199 quarterly. All features and displays included with no hidden fees.

Prices in USD. They are per month, and the subscription is paid up front for the quarter or the year. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial — no card required. Cancel any time.
Four things worth knowing before a card goes anywhere near this. All four are in the terms of service, in the same words.
The figure on the card is the monthly rate. What is actually charged is the whole quarter or the whole year, up front. There is no monthly cycle to buy — the month is the unit the price is quoted in, not a period you can pay for.
A clinic starts on a trial that asks for no payment method. Nothing can be charged during it, because nothing is held. When you are ready to continue, you pick the plan and the cycle with us.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the service runs until it ends. Part-used periods are not refunded, which is the trade for there being no contract to sign at the start.
Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. They sell the subscription, collect any tax that applies where you are, and are the name on the charge. Their terms apply to the payment; ours apply to the software.
The cost guide works a queue system out over a year — this one, what a clinic typically spends before it has one, and what the vendors who will not publish a price tend to come back with.

No. The free thing is the live demo — a complete working clinic, with no sign-up and no card — and every plan then opens with a 30-day trial that asks for no card either. There is no permanently free tier, because a queue a clinic depends on is not something to run on a tier nobody pays to keep up.
No. One published price covers the clinic inside the plan's limits: every doctor room, every reception desk, every waiting-room screen and every member of staff. Adding a receptionist on a busy morning costs nothing and needs nobody's approval.
Nothing is charged automatically, because no card was taken. You tell us the plan and the cycle you want and we set it up with you. Nobody loses a working clinic to an invoice they did not expect.
No. In your first month after subscribing, Pro and Ultra include features built for your centre's own workflow, within a scope we agree with you in writing. The trial is for trying QueueCare as it is; the building starts once you subscribe.
Where we publish one, yes: choose your country above the plans and the cards switch to that currency, with the local figure — not a conversion done at the moment you looked. Everywhere else the published dollar price is the price.
Ultra is priced on a call because a medical group is branches, floors and limits rather than a list price. Tell us the shape of the group and you get a number — not a discovery process and not a form that goes quiet.
Yes, at the end of a period. The yearly cycle is the cheaper monthly rate, and the saving between the two is shown on the card in whichever currency you are being quoted in.
The demo opens a real clinic — three doctors mid-session, a queue with people in it, the screens, the analytics — with every control live. No sign-up, no card.
