Live demo
A working clinic, one click away.
Not a video. The button below opens a real QueueCare clinic with its morning already in progress, and every control in it works. An optional two-minute tour shows you the heart of it, or you can explore on your own. No account, no card, nothing to install.
A real clinic, running. No sign-up.
Watch how the system works
Live demo of the digital environment
The reception board, the doctor's room and the waiting-room screen — recorded inside the product.
What opens when you press it
A clinic mid-morning, not an empty template you have to fill in before anything makes sense.
A reception board with people on it
Patients already checked in, sorted into columns by doctor and room. Drag one across and watch what happens to everything else. Right-click a card to edit it or stick a note on it.
Doctors mid-session
Rooms that are occupied, rooms that are free, and a patient currently being seen in each. The board is the same one a receptionist works all day.
The waiting-room screen
It sits beside the board in the tour, or open it on a second tab or an actual TV. Call a patient and the screen shows the name and where to go. In your clinic it also says it out loud; in the demo you hear it with "Hear the call".
The day's analytics
Busiest hours, average wait, phone check-ins against walk-ins, and how long each doctor spends with a patient. All of it built from the visits on the board.
Check-in from a phone
The QR code the door would carry. Scan it with your own phone and join the queue you are looking at, as a patient would.
Three things worth knowing before you press it
It is the real software
Not a mock-up and not a restricted build. The demo clinic is created by the same code that creates a paying one, and runs the same way. What you are testing is what you would buy.
Nothing is at stake
It is your own sandbox, seeded with invented patients. Delete a room, wreck the queue, rename every doctor — no real clinic and no real patient is anywhere near it, and nobody else sees what you did.
Nothing is asked of you
No email, no password, no payment card, no call booked at the end. The clinic is removed by itself once you stop using it, and you can open another one tomorrow.
Questions about the demo
If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp and a human replies.
Do I need an account to open the demo?
No. No email, no password and no payment card. Pressing the button creates a sandbox clinic for your device and puts you inside it — that is the whole sign-up.
Is the demo the real product or a limited version?
The real product. The sandbox is created by the same code that creates a paying clinic and runs against the same system; nothing is disabled for it. The only difference is that its patients are invented.
Can I show the demo to my staff on the waiting-room TV?
Yes. The demo clinic has its own screen URL like any clinic, so you can open it on a television and call a patient from the board: the call appears on the screen with its chime. The spoken name is played in the demo with "Hear the call", so a laptop never starts talking on its own. That moment is usually when people decide.
What happens to the demo clinic afterwards?
It is removed on its own once you stop using it, and nothing in it is carried into a real clinic. If you come back to the same device soon after, you are returned to the one you already had rather than given a new one.
I am on my clinic's reception screen — is it safe to press?
Yes. A device that is already signed in to a clinic is never taken over: the demo opens in a window of its own and the screen the waiting room is looking at stays exactly where it was. If it cannot open a window, it asks you first.
What does it cost after the demo?
The prices are published in full on the pricing page — one price for the whole clinic, billed by the quarter or the year, with a 30-day trial before any of it. There is no call to sit through to find out.
